Payment and Return Policy
Payment: Our current methods of payment are cashiers check, money order, or pay-pal. If you are ordering multiple items, save on shipping! Send your order request via e-mail (Do Not include your credit card number) to kandkmercantile@aol.com. You will receive an e-mail notice from kandkmecantile or pay-pal with the total amount due for your order. Once we have received payment your items will be shipped. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and advised of an estimated ship-by-date. Special order items require a payment of 50% down, and the remaining balance paid when item is ready to ship.
K and K Mercantile return policy: Items must be returned in the same packaging and condition as prior to shipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, unless otherwise noted by K and K Mercantile. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise where cash refunds are requested. How to return an item: To return an item an e-mail must be sent to kandkmercantile@aol.com within 3 days of receipt of the order. The e-mail needs to specify name, address, and the reason for return. A return authorization number will be issued and e-mailed back to the customer, along with shipping instructions.
